This album sleeve, one of the most femme fatale-ish we’ve seen since the Chicago Gangsters cover we shared long back, shows Nancy Sinatra in sextuplicate (we had to look that up) contributing to the soundtrack of the 1966 spy comedy The Last of the Secret Agents? The movie stars Marty Allen and Steve Rossi, with Sinatra in the lead actress role. It’s complete cheeseball stuff, but we love this cover with its six lethally armed Nancys. She contributed the title composition to the soundtrack, plus the additional tunes “How Does That Grab You, Darlin’?”, “The City Never Sleeps at Night”, and “Flowers on the Wall.” The first three songs are standard Sinatra fare, in the same swinging mode as “These Boots Were Made for Walking,” while the final offering is a bit moodier. You can find them all on YouTube.
