Since we’re on a stripping theme let’s stay there for a moment. This interesting image falls into the modern category, as it’s from 1989. It shows U.S. actress Maria Ford and was made for Stripped To Kill 2: Live Girls, a slasher flick set around the L.A. exotic dancing scene. Ford was a staple on late night television back in the day. You’d see her on Cinemax in various straight-to-cable potboilers. She acted in the H.P. Lovecraft adaptations The Unnamable II and Necronomicon, the Poe adaptation Masque of the Red Death, the actioner Angel of Destruction, and scores of other low rent flicks. For all that work there aren’t many good production photos of her from that time. We think this is the best one, and in the thirty-five years since it was made its gropy theme has acquired extra meaning.
